Gryphon Introduces DNC Solution for Contact Centers

Core Phone Contact Center features embedded intelligence that ensures the calling agent is instantly freed up to make the next call when a call is blocked for compliance reasons.
Also, the managers and executives are provided with a consolidated report of all activities, inside and outside the contact center.
The solution includes the proven Core engine from Gryphon that minimizes DNC blocks and encourages calling based on each consumer's preferences.
Core Phone Contact Center also allows users to configure business-to-business calling to eliminate the over-suppressive consumer protection rules that may not be applicable to registered business-telephone numbers.
